If you bring experience designing and delivering competency‐based training, and hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)—this role offers the chance to do meaningful, forward‐focused work.
About You!
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Technical expertise and competencies including experience in train driving on Freight and/or Regional networks.
* Sound Knowledge of Road Coach operations in a public transport environment.
* Considerable experience in the design, development, implementation, and review of competency‐based training courses.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Well developed research, conceptual, analytical and problem‐solving skills.

This is one permanent full‐time opportunity available for an immediate start.
