What You'll Do Prepare and present a variety of dishes for our signature restaurant, La Bella Trattoria, including Breakfast, Room Service, and Conference & Events. Bring creativity and consistency to every plate, ensuring guests enjoy the highest standards of taste and presentation. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in line with hygiene and food safety standards. Collaborate with the wider Culinary team, contributing ideas and supporting smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in a hotel environment. Working rights in Australia. A positive team player with strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and prioritise effectively. Pride in presentation - from your uniform and grooming to the dishes you deliver. Available to work predominantly morning shifts (breakfast service), as well as weekends and public holidays as required.
