An exciting **Full Time** opportunity based in our Burleigh Heads global HQ has become available for an **E-Commerce Coordinator **to join our in-house digital marketing team.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, this role supports in executing our E-Commerce strategy with a key focus on optimising our websites to increase sales and drive showroom bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The role will coordinate and upload products to multiple global sites using Shopify Plus, including product launches, imagery, collection set up and maintenance, merchandising, navigation, and user experience under the guidance of the Ecommerce Manager and Head of Digital.
- Execute all online promotions including landing page set up and price updates
- Manage ongoing website support and inventory tickets requests via Freshdesk
- Upload new showrooms to the site with correct content and messaging
- Collaborate with Ecommerce Manager to manage end to end lifecycle of products on site, including enrichment of all saleable products online and exit strategy to maintain organic search results
- Report on ecommerce sales performance weekly and monthly in collaboration with the Ecommerce Manager
- Analyse and review UX and UI metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, drop off rates and heat maps, and action recommendations to improve user experience per market
- Analysing and identifying trends across the online customer journey, providing insights and recommendations to drive additional traffic, revenue and bookings
- Execute website optimisation opportunities with the Ecommerce Manager and external website developer
- Conduct research on markets, competitors and new technology, reporting on findings
- Review Smart Brand Protection report on a monthly basis, flag products the algorithm pulls as counterfeit and liaise with team to remove from marketplace channels
- Brainstorm and research new innovative brand growth and sales strategies with Ecommerce Manager
- Assist in crafting and coordinating the execution of marketing plans for product launches, showroom launches and always on campaigns
- Any other adhoc duties relevant to skills and capabilities as requested by management

**Essential Knowledge/Behaviours Required**:

- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Have a tertiary qualification in marketing (or similar field)
- Knowledgeable of the e-commerce and retail space that includes marketing strategies, product management, industry trends and usability best practices
- Ability to find and communicate meaningful insights by diving into Google Analytics etc.
- Experience in using Shopify advantageous
- Basic Graphic design and html experience
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise own workflow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work efficiently either independently or as a team Passion and understanding of the GLL brand vision and alignment with the GLL Values
