Assistant Store Manager
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at a part-time position of 30 hours/week.
The successful candidate will lead by example, creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections. They will also assist in the training and development of their team to help deliver on store goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute Visual Merchandising in-store to create an engaging shopping experience for customers.
* Manage high stock volumes, including processing deliveries, with a hands-on approach.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has previous retail experience, and is eager to develop their skills in leadership and visual merchandising.
