CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for our client working on civil infrastructure and hospital redevelopment projects based in Brisbane, Queensland. This role will suit a hands-on Civil Supervisor with strong experience in Civil infrastructure delivery, ideally within live infrastructure, commercial or government project environments. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate civil works including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, sewer, water, and services installation Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews to ensure productivity and program delivery Monitor works against project schedules and report progress to the Project Manager Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA standards, and WHS requirements Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and maintain a strong safety culture Liaise with engineers, surveyors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve construction issues Maintain daily site records, QA documentation, and progress reporting Ensure works are delivered on time and within budget constraints Our Ideal Candidate: Proven experience working as a Civil Supervisor on civil infrastructure projects Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, utilities, and subdivision works Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction programs Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of WHS legislation and QA processes Relevant Civil Construction or Engineering qualifications highly regarded Current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Car What We Can Offer: Salary on offer $90, 000 - $100, 000 per annum Permanent full-time opportunity Opportunities for professional development Strong pipeline of ongoing civil infrastructure projects How to Apply: If you are ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to rachel.v@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
