**The Client**
Our client is a long-standing real estate agency located in FUNKY & MODERN offices in the western suburbs. They are highly regarded within the real estate industry and they now have an opening for an experienced
**Receptionist** to join their first-class team.
**The Role**
- Opening & closing the office, directing & managing a busy switchboard
- Taking enquiries from clients & tenants
- General administration to the property management & sales team
- Managing stock control, banking, mail & couriers
- Maintaining the key register & window boards
- Updating rental lists & coordinating home opens
- Receipting rents, advertising & sales deposits
- Collating marketing for home opens, brochures, appraisal kits, etc
- **Experience within an office environment** (real estate industry experience would be preferred but not essential)
- A confident personality to manage enquires professionally
- Corporate presentation as you are representing the agency
- Intermediate computing skills, outstanding attention to detail and high-level initiative
- Sense of humour and a **TEAM PLAYER**
