West Moreton Health is one of Queensland's most diverse and rapidly evolving health services, delivering health care to over 300,000 people across Ipswich, Boonah, Gatton, Laidley, and Esk.
We provide preventative and primary healthcare services, ambulatory services, acute care, sub‐acute care, oral health, mental health and other specialised services, including prison and youth detention health services, and alcohol and other drugs services to the region.

What We're Looking For
* Demonstrates the ability to apply specialised knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory for termination of pregnancy and to participate directly and indirectly in the delivery of clinical care.
* Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, open communication and a positive environment within a multidisciplinary team, actively contributing to the learning and development of others to a high standard.
* Demonstrates expert level of contemporary clinical nursing knowledge, expertise and skills, including bereavement care and counselling skills and leadership enabling the delivery and supporting high quality care provision.
* Demonstrated legislation/ policy knowledge and the ability to develop documents supporting the application of same.
* Exemplifies the West Moreton Health Professional Practice Model by demonstrating person‐centred care, professional excellence, safe and effective care delivery, commitment to quality and safety, and collaborative practice.
Mandatory Requirements
* Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
* Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra). Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.
