Project Change Control Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate all activities relating to change requests, including tracking and auditing to maintain project stability.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
* Development of change management strategies
* Identification of risks and development of mitigation plans
* Extensive consultation, coaching, and mentoring throughout the organisation and externally to ensure seamless integration
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant qualifications and strong experience in change management within a large energy or linear infrastructure project. You will have proven experience in change management principles, techniques, and tools, and strong business acumen.
You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
As a highly organized and self-motivated individual, you should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall is desirable, as is knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. However, what is most important is your ability to demonstrate a passion for change management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
