Evolving over several decades in our print offering, we are Queensland largest folding carton manufacturer. An exciting opportunity exists to join our sustainable fibre-base packaging company in the Print Finishing department as a Diecut Operator. This is an exciting time to join our business as we are in a growth phase with several new machines due to be comissioned shortly.

About the role
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will deliver high quality Print Finishing in an efficient manner.
Key responsibilities include the following:
* perform pre-make readies
* setting up and running platen diecutters & embellishing equipment
* stripping and blanking units
* follow work ticket instructions
* assist with our regular maintenance program

The ideal applicant will possess the following:
Trade experience in the print/packaing industry.
High attention to detail with the ability to think proactively.
Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels.
High problem-solving proficiency.
Respect for the well being of others and a concern for safety.
Flexible with shift work.
