About the role:
* Managing high‐value property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
* Advising major developers and corporations on real estate finance, structuring, and regulatory compliance.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and leasing documentation.
* Providing strategic legal advice on property development, planning, and land use matters.
* Liaising with clients, government authorities, and external stakeholders to drive project success.
* Working closely with senior lawyers and partners to deliver high‐caliber legal solutions.
The ideal candidate:
* 5+ years PQE with experience in property law, real estate transactions, and leasing.
* Strong expertise in commercial, industrial, and retail property matters.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive and client‐focused approach with a keen eye for commercial outcomes.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high‐performing team.
