Your Responsibilities As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will:
* Provide clinical leadership and operational direction across perioperative services
* Support and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
* Coordinate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
* Maintain strong professional relationships with Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs)
* Deliver hands-on patient care when required
What We're Looking For
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
* Working with Children Check
* Demonstrated experience managing shifts or acting in-charge
* Current or previous ANUM/CNS experience (desirable)
* Post-graduate qualification in a relevant specialty (or working towards)
* Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety standards
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
