Peiris Group is seeking a polished and highly organised Executive Officer to support the Directors of our privately held family office. This role acts as the central coordination point across the Group, ensuring the Directors are fully supported across their broad portfolio of businesses, investments and philanthropic interests.

This is a full-time position based in Perth, with hybrid flexibility and occasional travel.

What you’ll be doing

- Acting as the primary point of contact for communication into the family office
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, schedules and travel arrangements
- Preparing briefing notes, summaries, follow‑ups and documentation for the Directors
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, events, site visits and logistics
- Liaising with CEOs, COOs, professional advisers and key stakeholders
- Representing the Directors at selected meetings and engagements when required
- Supporting governance processes, including board packs and confidential filing
- Assisting with special projects, acquisitions, due diligence and research
- Ensuring smooth coordination across more than ten trading entities
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What we’re looking for

- Experience in a senior EA, Executive Officer, or high‑level coordination role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional presence
- Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgement
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Confidence liaising with senior leaders, advisers and stakeholders
- Tech‑savvy, with strong general digital literacy
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information
