Strong Customer Service & Administration Officer (Temporary - Full Time Hours)

We are seeking a highly organised Administration Officer to join a State Government Department on a full-time, temporary basis. This role has been created to assist with a significant backlog of work and requires someone who can hit the ground running, manage competing priorities, and maintain exceptional accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to collect payments and follow up on outstanding matters
* Process and verify large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy
* Provide administrative support to compliance teams
* Prepare documentation, reports, and updates as required
* Maintain confidential records in line with government guidelines
* Assist with additional tasks as directed to support the team
About You
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
* Excellent communication skills, particularly in conducting outbound calls
* Proven ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
* Solid administrative and data processing experience
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Previous government experience is highly regarded
Requirements
* Current National Police Check (issued within the past 6 months) - mandatory
* Full-time availability from 12 January 2026 for the full 6-month assignment
