Actively supports and drives business goals and values within designated area.Allocates tasks efficiently to 4 or more level 1 and 2 employees in designated area. Ensures team efficiency and timely execution of tasks or processes.Actively contribute to and participate in all cinema campaigns relevant to the designated area. Ensures a collaborative approach to promotional activities.Supervise thorough and precise opening and closing procedures for the designated area, ensuring a systematic and secure transition between operational phases.Demonstrate a conscientious awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures.Support team proficiency in cash handling, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with established financial protocols.
