About The Role
Actively engage with our small business clients, showcasing the benefits of our SBI products and services. Field general questions about SBI, while amending existing policies and setting up new ones. Problem-solve to help entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of insurance. Work collectively toward achieving sales and performance targets.

Passionate in providing an exceptional customer experience
Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage our clients with confidence
A positive attitude that thrives in a performance-driven and collaborative team environment
A trade background or small business ownership/management experience is beneficial to relate to our client base, though not essential
