Key Responsibilities:
10. Deliver training and assessments for safe, efficient underground service installation, maintenance, and repair in line with plans and safe working procedures.
11. Guide crews on service installation, task sequencing, quality, and safe work practices.
12. Provide practical training in ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and other infrastructure systems.
13. Identify hazards and improvement opportunities, promoting a strong safety culture.
14. Collaborate with supervisors to maintain accurate and compliant training materials and records.
15. Support training and operational needs across NSMS sites with flexible rosters.
Qualifications & Experience:
16. Minimum 3 years' experience in underground service crew roles
17. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40122 or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)
18. Experience in safe and efficient underground service installations
19. Experience with ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and infrastructure installation
20. Experienced in safely hanging and removing secondary ventilation fans.
21. Paste fill installation experience an advantage
22. Good communication and coaching skills
