We are looking for "hands-on" product assembly workers with an excellent eye for detail and advanced hand-eye-coordination. Experience with handling and assembling small parts or operating equipment in a laboratory-like environment will be highly favourable and suit this role well. Successful candidates have either proven small parts assembly experience or a trades type background, with the flexibility to work afternoon shifts.

The Role:
The successful candidate will become a key member of our small, fast-growing team. The role will be varied, with the core duties including, but not limited to:
* Preparation of parts for manufacture
* End-to-end construction and assembly of products
* Operate, monitor and perform basic maintenance of a variety of manufacturing equipment
* Accurately record production data using digital systems and maintain detail logs
* Parts stocktaking
* Adherence to established procedures and quality standards
* Product packaging and shipment preparation
Who we're looking for:
* We're after someone with the right attitude and skills, with an ability to demonstrate:
* Experience in small parts assembly would be highly regarded
* Interpret detail aligning units using jigs and fixtures
* Inspect components to ensure conformance to specifications
* Read and interpret technical documents, work instructions and safety protocols
* Strong commitment to quality and integrity
* A positive team player and self-motivated attitude
* Working knowledge of computer software Office/Google spreadsheets
* Diligent work ethic and the ability to work independently
* Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate within a team environment
* Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
* Adherence with facility safety practices
* High school certificate/diploma or equivalent
* Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
* Experience of order fulfillment would be highly regarded
