Role Overview
Primary Objective: Provide strategic leadership across service planning, professional practice oversight, workforce development, risk management, and continuous service improvement to support high quality, compliant, and culturally responsive service delivery. Deliver expert advice to executive leadership on complex operational and strategic matters affecting vulnerable children, families, and communities. Selection will be made at the SAO2 or SP2 level depending on the experience/qualifications of the successful applicant.
