Store Management Opportunity
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to achieve sales and performance targets. Your primary goal is to drive business growth, coach and motivate your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
* Manage rosters and wage costs in line with operational needs.
* Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning.
* Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational efficiency.
* Maintain adherence to OH&S standards and legislation.
