We have built a great team to provide quality advice and services to our community for affordable prices. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding Public Holidays. * Prior legal or office experience highly regarded but not essential

Tasks & responsibilities
* Answering telephone calls, Greeting clients, Making appointments, Maintaining front reception area
* Opening and archiving files
* Receipting client payments and issuing client invoices
* Maintenance of Safe Custody system
* Ordering stationery and office supplies
* Operating office equipment - telephones, computers, photocopier, scanner and printers
* Assist Solicitors and conveyancing with searches and client queries
* Recording and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
* Drafting correspondence and documents
* Scanning and filing
