Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer with a strong background in Salesforce to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, wireframes, prototypes, and ensuring seamless and efficient user interfaces for Salesforce users across different platforms. You will work closely with business teams, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and improve overall usability.
Key Responsibilities:
User Experience Design:
• Design and create intuitive and visually appealing Salesforce UI components, custom pages, and applications, ensuring they align with user needs and Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs for Salesforce solutions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to identify pain points and design solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Define user personas, journey maps, and interaction models to guide design decisions and ensure consistency across Salesforce applications.
• Focus on designing for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce mobile apps, ensuring a seamless, responsive user experience across devices.
• Leverage Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to ensure designs align with Salesforce's design guidelines.
• Design custom interfaces and applications within Salesforce, optimizing them for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
• Provide clear, well-structured design documentation, including style guides, patterns, and design specifications.
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and agile development processes to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical capabilities.
User Testing & Feedback:
• Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure the best user experience.
• Analyze user data, identify trends and opportunities, and continuously improve Salesforce applications' usability.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in UX design, particularly in designing for Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), and Salesforce mobile UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and working in iterative, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Salesforce Communities or Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder.
