About the Role
We are seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager to lead our team in designing, coordinating, and executing industrial solutions for our MRO Optronics Center of Excellence. This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
* Design MRO process solutions that ensure scalability for future expansion, including:
* Mapping and developing the capability baseline based on preventive maintenance, recurring activities, MTBF, and spares cost across multiple product lines.
* Identifying and leveraging commonality across product lines to drive economies of scale.
* Defining and designing new industrial schemes in line with project strategy and objectives.
Implementation and Execution
* Overseeing implementation of facility changes necessary for capability rollout.
* Managing procurement and/or manufacture of special test equipment (S&TE) and required resources.
* Leading the implementation of MRO/operating processes, ensuring best practice transfer and standardization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* A deep understanding of Optronics systems and associated MRO processes, including industrial scheme design, qualification, and validation processes.
* Experience in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing MRO workflows.
