Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for real estate project sales, including client development, needs analysis, negotiations, and contract signing.
2. Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
3. Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction through after-sales support.
4. Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and trends.
5. Offer accurate advice on market trends to potential clients.
6. Plan and implement marketing strategies within budget.
7. Assist in preparing sales reports for the Sales Director.
8. Contribute to internal projects to meet budget targets.
9. Attend all meetings punctually, maintaining high professionalism and ethics.
Job Requirements:
1. Related degree or above in Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
2. Sales Representative or Land Agent certification required.
3. 3+ years of successful real estate sales experience.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.
5. Knowledge of South Australian real estate laws and market.
6. Proficient in English and Chinese.
