We are a major supplier in providing staff to all Aged Care facilities in WA. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Aged Care Chefs to work on a regular and casual basis. We have shifts available in the mornings and afternoons from Monday through to Sunday.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Preparing food with the understanding of texturizing, vitamising & dietary requirements
* Preparing and producing bulk daily meals
* Adhering to safety policies and procedures
* Organisational ability including time management & task prioritisation
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
* Excellent communication skills and presentation
* Chef Experience within an Aged care facility
