About the Role

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, distributors, retailers, and industry contacts to support our strategic business plans. This is an autonomous role that combines Business Development Management (BDM) and key account management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Minimum 3-5 years' experience: In a similar B2B Sales and Account Management role within professional beauty, retail, pharmaceutical, or spa industry.

* Strong sales skills: To upsell and drive the best outcome for all stakeholders.

* New business development: A proven successful track record in new business development is essential.

* Australian driver's licence: You must hold a current Australian driver's license.
