**Job Description** About the job**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent & Culture Business Partner (Human Resources), in addition to the HR Generalist remit, you will work with the Talent & Culture Manager, supporting our organizational culture and the growth and development of our team of Heartists.
You will support our positive inclusive culture, you are willing and able to have the tough conversations as required. You will assist with all Talent & Culture functions such as Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Occupational Health & Safety, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement while focusing on continuous improvement whilst ensuring the Hotel remains compliant.
**The Amazing Opportunity**
As a Talent & Culture Business Partner you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Talent & Culture team to ensure that all people related initiatives and strategies are successfully achieved, assist in ensuring Hotel goals and KPI's are accomplished.
- You will promote positive team relations and interactions through and environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun
- You will Inspiring and empowering our teams to create epic guest experiences.
- You will assist to develop and implement Talent & Culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the Hotel's objectives and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including Employee Satisfaction Surveys, team activities, team member feedback mechanisms and recognition programs.
- Develop and implement training, career development programs and succession planning.
- Ensure policies and procedure updates aligned with the changing legislative and regulatory requirements.
- You have the ability to balance attention to detail with a strategic mindset, use pragmatism and diplomacy in your communication style
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding process, with a focus on attraction and retention of talent.
- Continuous improvement in Talent & Culture (Human Resources) processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Have experience with visa requirements, work cover, end to end processing
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Assist with T&C (Human Resource) metrics and analytics
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Talent & Culture (Human Resources) while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications** About you**
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Previous 2-3 years experience in similar role in a 200+ room Hotel.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline advantageous
- An understanding of HIGA, an understanding and ability to interpret Human Resource related industrial instruments, work cover and legislative knowledge
- Confident and articulate communication, negotiation and relationship skills.
- A willingness to be hands on within the operation and drive a culture of guest obsession and loyalty with the team.
- The ability to create meaningful connections, creating a high level of trust with our team.
- Strong interpersonal communications and presentation skills both written and oral.
- Current First Aid and RSA certificates or the ability to obtain these.
