Qualifications

* Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with excellent time management
* Experience in team leadership and process optimization is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
