Your next career opportunity As the Lead Product Designer, you will oversee the end-to-end design of digital products, drive innovation and creating exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with the Product Innovation team to refine design system components, conduct user research, and develop prototypes that align with university needs. This role offers you the opportunity to lead workshops, ensure accessibility compliance, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Design from Discovery to Release: Define problems, success metrics, and document design decisions for complex features. Facilitate Workshops: Align stakeholders on priorities and produce clear outcomes for product development. Ensure Accessibility and Inclusivity: Champion inclusive design and conduct accessibility testing before release. Manage Design Systems: Own and mature the design system in Figma, ensuring cross-team adoption. You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced digital product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating enterprise solutions, leading design sprints, and driving inclusive design practices. You may also: Have over 5 years of experience as a senior or lead digital product designer. Be proficient in contemporary design tools like Figma and Creative Cloud. Possess a strong understanding of UX practices and Agile delivery. Be skilled in stakeholder management and user testing facilitation.
