This role will lead a transactional finance team, work closely with key stakeholders, and guide ongoing process improvements across the function. The RoleYou will provide clear leadership and day‑to‑day support to the finance team, ensuring strong financial controls and well‑managed processes. This role is central to improving efficiency, strengthening reporting capability, and supporting reliable financial performance across the business. ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a transactional finance team across AP, AR, and payrollOversee accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payment runsEnsure quality customer invoicing, debtor follow‑up, and credit managementReview and maintain bank, credit card, and supplier reconciliationsOversee weekly payroll with a focus on accuracy and complianceWork closely with operational and commercial teams to support financial outcomesStrengthen reporting processes and support management analysisMaintain governance, accurate record‑keeping, and audit readinessContribute to business projects within a collaborative environment
