We provide frontline support to vulnerable women and children experiencing family and domestic violence. Our client-centered approach focuses on enhancing safety, building resilience and empowerment.
Main Responsibilities
 * Develop tailored support plans to achieve goals, coordinate services and monitor progress.
 * Provide crisis intervention to ensure safety from harm.
 * Advocate and refer clients to navigate complex service systems.
Our team works collaboratively with a perpetrator response program to support women and children's safety.
Key Requirements
 * Recognised tertiary qualifications in Community Services or related fields.
 * Up to 3 years' experience working with families experiencing family and domestic violence.
 * Demonstrated understanding of delivering culturally competent services.
