The Gig
Reporting to the Operations & Safety Manager, you'll assist with day‐to‐day club operations and perform pool and lifeguarding duties.
Responsibilities
* Ensure studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment, wiping mirrors and floors, and making every space flawless.
* Prepare equipment for members and help create an environment members love spending time in.
* Maintain immaculate change rooms with a focus on safety and pride in cleanliness.
* Supervise the pool, spa, and sauna, ensuring a safe space for members and staff, and performing lifeguarding duties where necessary.
* Identify ways to exceed member expectations, especially when unexpected opportunities arise.

* Comfortable communicating at all levels and dependable in maintaining a sparkling environment.
* Flexible to work a non‐traditional schedule; hospitality sector experience a plus.
