Rehabilitation and Recovery Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rehabilitation and Recovery Worker. You will be working with individuals, families, and communities to provide direct support that helps participants regain, keep, and improve skills, including self-management skills.

* You will work closely with participants to identify their hopes, aspirations, and goals, and develop recovery plans that help them achieve these goals.
* You will also be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly data entry and maintaining file notes, as well as various program documentation such as recovery assessments and plans, risk assessments, referral documentation, and more.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Relevant qualifications or experience in working in a support role for people with mental illness, preferably at a tertiary level in Mental Health or Community Services.
* A current valid Driver's License and the ability to undertake travel for the role.
* Satisfactory Police Records Check (less than 12 months old).
* Working with Children Check.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate - free online course.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
