The Role
This position is rostered from Tuesday to Saturday, with varying shift times. By applying, you confirm your availability to work across these days. As a Department Manager, you will lead your department team to provide exceptional customer service to every JD customer. You will work closely with the store's Management Team and be responsible for creating great in‑store experiences, maintaining merchandising & visual standards, and delivering the financial results for your department.

* Support the management team to improve financial performance within your department
* Work with the back‑of‑house team to ensure product availability
* Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence
What We're Looking For
* 2‑3 years of leadership experience within retail or a related industry
* Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers
* Positive attitude and the ability to create a motivating environment for your team
* Proven track record of driving and exceeding KPIs and strong communication skills with all stakeholders
* Excellent time‑management skills to execute daily priorities in a timely manner
* Thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
* Openly shares knowledge with the wider team to achieve common goals
* Desire to develop yourself, your career and learn new skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in social situations through engagement with customers and team members
