Craft your future with a new partnership between Suntory Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage & Food.
You will be the right-hand person to our Commercial Leadership Team, managing complex diaries, coordinating domestic and international travel, and preparing for high-profile visits from global executives.
You will be embedded in the leadership team, attending key meetings and contributing to our fast-paced, fun, and high-performing sales culture.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to build experience in a dynamic, fun and fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting, invoicing and purchase orders.
Team Coordination
* Support team communications and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
* Help organise team events, workshops, and offsites.
* Maintain shared documents, files, and team resources.
Operational Support
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners on behalf of the Directors.
* Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating team logistics.
Project Assistance
* Provide light-touch support on cross-functional projects, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Exceptional diary management skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and confidently navigate competing priorities.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine enjoyment of helping others succeed.
* Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and global executives.
* A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy team.
* A positive, engaging personality with a 'work hard, play hard' attitude.
* Curiosity and a willingness to learn about the sales environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt quickly to changing needs.
* Experience supporting the planning and delivery of events.
