Immediately commence for this state government department in the southern suburbs - contract until end of Jan
**Your new role**
We are currently seeking an immediately available Administration Officer for a state government department. The office is located in the inner southern suburbs.

Working in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including:

- Invoicing - coding and processing
- Data entry
- Booking of meeting rooms and set-up of equipment
- Assisting in finance related tasks
- Responding to queries and forwarding of calls
- Ad hoc duties as required by the broader team

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered, you will be able to commence immediately and have a current National Police Check. You will have at least 1 year experience in a similar role and able to work with conflicting priorities. Previous experience in a government department will be highly regarded, as well as experience with Basware, Objective or Salesforce.
