Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Lismore showroom team as a Showroom Consultant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for welcoming walk-in customers, providing expert product advice, and supporting them from first inquiry through to order.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and assist with showroom administration. Your main responsibilities will include managing reception duties, performing banking tasks, acting as timekeeper, and uploading safety/competence records in Oracle.
In addition, you will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, assist with showroom administration, maintain accurate records, conduct pre-production calls to customers, and scan/upload completed sales orders into Oracle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Previous sales or customer service experience an advantage
