The Company
Our client is a successful property developer that has a proven track record in delivering high quality residential projects to market.
They are currently looking to strengthen their sales team by recruiting a Project Sales Consultant for the launch of an exciting apartment project.
About the role
* Provide "A" class customer experience and service to prospective purchasers
* Be able to qualify/understand the needs and requirements of the customer and be able to provide the right sales solution
* Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry right through to settlement always ensuring a strong relationship
* Be able to confidently achieve and exceed sales targets
* Proactively manage/follow up all leads and the be the ambassador for the project brand and company
* Effectively utilise the CRM to achieve sales results and minimise any cancelation rates
* Relevant reporting on sales and lead activity to the sales manager and the internal project team
Core skills and experience
* Seasoned sales professional ideally a proven track record of success
* in selling off plan
* Solid communication and listening skills coupled with superior negotiation skills
* Strong relationships management skills
* Be resilient, possess a strong work ethic and a winning mentality
The ideal candidate will be a highly driven individual with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of, and/or experience in the residential apartment space.
