Housekeeping Manager
The successful candidate will oversee housekeeping and laundry services across multiple sites, ensuring that these meet aged care standards and maintain a safe environment.

* Resident-Centered Service: Ensure housekeeping services meet the needs and expectations of residents and families.
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure full adherence to regulations, policies, and aged care standards.
* Infection Control & Safety: Champion best practices in infection prevention and work health and safety.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement service enhancements and stay updated on industry trends.
* Quality & Risk Management: Maintain and improve systems for service quality, performance, and safety.
* Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality in all resident and organisational matters.
* Manual Handling Leadership: Lead and support best practice in manual handling through coaching and oversight.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the contact point for housekeeping matters, managing communication and feedback.
* Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or equivalent
* An understanding of Auditing
* Demonstrated experience in responding to complaints
* Understanding of the aged care quality standards
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
