This home supports 5 male clients with acquired brain injuries. Support needs include mobility management, epilepsy management, personal care and behavioural support. If you are a patient, empathetic, and skilled support worker who thrives in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
Your New Role
* Supporting adults with complex mental health and intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model.
* Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
* Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients' current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
* Promoting choice and control and show willingness to participate in clients' day to day routines, goals, and interests.
* Providing personal care with dignity and respect.

Some Of Our Requirements
* P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher and your own vehicle.
* Working with Children's check, NDIS Workers check, First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain.
* We require staff to work on a 24/7 rotating roster so applicants must have full working rights and be able to work minimum 4 shifts per week.
