The Eureka Hotel is on the lookout for an experienced Venue Manager to lead our dynamic team. Offering a Band room, dining spaces, a Rooftop, and a spacious function area, it's easy to see why we are a local Geelong favorite – and we need a high-energy leader to bring it all together!
We're seeking a Venue Manager who is passionate about our customer experience, Music & Entertainment. A VM who can execute activations, build strong relationships with DJs & promoters, loves a great live band, and is keen to develop their team.
As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.

* Generous Salary $95,000 - $110,000 + Super
* Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

Minimum Requirements:
* 3+ years of Venue Management experience
* Experience working in an entertainment-focused venue
* Proven experience operating a high-volume beverage lead venue
* Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
* Demonstrated team and leadership skills
* Good interpersonal skills & strong communication skills
* Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
* Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
