About the Role
As our Finance & Insurance Business Manager, you'll be responsible for finance and Insurance for our customers, ensuring a smooth, transparent experience. Your main goal is to maximise finance income while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Present and Sell Toyota finance and Toyota insurance products.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met, including privacy, disclosure, and regulatory documentation
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals efficiently and effectively
• Maintain detailed records and reporting performance against expected KPIs
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Manager in automotive finance and insurance
• Proven ability to write loans and structure deals
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and ethical conduct
