Skills & experience
You will be a Corporate/Commercial lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level.
The role
You will provide general commercial advice (Employment, Leasing, Supply Contracts) to well-known Australian retailers including major fashion brands ; Mergers and Acquisitions (real estate outlets, US based funds, Australian accounting firms and Vendors); property law – sale and purchase of various commercial property assets including shopping centres and mixed use; acting for mining companies on negotiation of high value minerals export contracts and acting on major commercial negotiations.
Only 5.5 billables per day; bonus of 30% above budget ; quarterly events; representing major fashion brands, restaurant chains and hospitality venues; a modern-day law firm without a traditional mindset.
