About The Role
Retail Team Leader's demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It's a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.
Other Expectations Include
* Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
* Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
* Multitasking & prioritisation skillsLeadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager
* Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time‐to‐time
* Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
