We have a highly streamlined back-office process that comprises a team of dedicated specialists, including administration support, client service officers, adviser support, compliance and paraplanning coordinators, and an external paraplanning service.

Responsibilities include:
Liaising with clients to provide an outstanding client experience and build nurturing relationships.
Supporting the Advice Team with client queries.
Preparing and implementing Statement of Advice/Record of Advice documents.
Completing, lodging, processing, and following up on clients’ investment, superannuation, pension, and insurance applications.
Investing funds in direct shares and managed funds.
Monitoring applications and liaising with fund managers through to completion.
Assisting clients with Centrelink applications and updates.
Accurately updating information in our client management system (Xplan).
Ensuring all administration, compliance, and evidencing requirements are met.
Ideal candidate qualities:
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Consent to a Police Check.
Professional presentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
A committed and caring attitude focused on quality service, team goals, outcomes, and productivity.
Ownership of duties within the role and proactive approach.
Honesty, respectfulness, positivity, and a professional phone manner.
