Key Responsibilities
* Deal Execution Expertise: Develop and implement efficient deal structures that meet customer needs.
* Product and Pricing Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Atlassian's deal capabilities, methodologies, and commercial term structures.
* Operational Support: Collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance deal operations capabilities, including lead-to-cash process efficiency, contracting at scale, and deal structuring best practices.
Requirements
* Experience: A minimum of two years in Deal Desk, Contract Operations, Enterprise Deal Management, or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, particularly in creating contract pricing models.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with CPQ/QTC technology solutions, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, JIRA, Confluence, Docusign, Cloud marketplaces.
Qualifications
* Dealing with Volume: Ability to manage a high volume of deal requests.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working with customers directly.
