You’ll prepare and assess Development Applications, manage rezoning processes, deliver studies and reports, and provide expert advice to clients across NSW and QLD. Duties
- Prepare & assess Development Applications
- Manage rezoning applications and negotiate with agencies
- Prepare planning studies & statutory/strategic documentation
- Conduct site inspections and regulatory reporting
- Research planning, social, and economic policy issues
- Consult with clients via meetings and calls
- Manage workload efficiently and to deadlines
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Consultancy experience preferred (not essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in Town Planning or related discipline
- Strong technical knowledge of statutory & strategic planning
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
