**About the Team**
This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.
**The Opportunity**
You'll support our customers with payment solutions, providing outstanding customer service, investigating and monitoring daily transactions and client behaviour to mitigate loss and prevent fraud.
You'll do this through the delivery of a range of financial services functions including Settlement & Reconciliations and Operational Reporting. This role is exciting and fast paced, and we're looking for someone who's ready to make a real positive impact to our valued customers.
**The Role**
- Transaction and client behaviour monitoring to prevent fraud and protect merchants
- Ensuring client data is accurate and up to date
- Investigation and resolution of service critical issues & incidents in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing support to the team by way of training and mentoring
- Review and optimise existing processes and tools for efficiency, quality and simplification
**About You**
- Prior experience in a payments or banking environment and detailed understanding of the payment environment would be advantageous
- Understanding of AFSL Compliance obligations i.e. AML /CTF and financial transactions would be highly regarded
- Passion for customer happiness with excellent communication skills and collaboration
- Good judgement, initiative, and decision-making skills
- Excels at operating in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Self-motivated and able to manage their own time as you will not be on a queue
- Experience with MYOB SME Product range is preferredb ut not essential
- Experience with log management and alerting tooling such as Splunk and Cloudwatch is highly regarded
