We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand and Campaign Manager to join the team at IntoWork Australia, with an office in Welshpool WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team and be part of the IntoWork Group.

About the role

The Brand and Campaign Manager role is an excellent opportunity to grow your career by being a trusted advisor to the business. You will be an integral part of developing and delivering impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that support our business objectives.

Sitting within the Group Marketing and Communications team, and reporting into the Senior Brand and Campaign Manager, you'll be able to tap into our in-house marketing, communications, and digital resources to deliver results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and our marketing, communications, and design teams.
* Develop annual marketing plans and oversee the delivery of campaigns to meet core business objectives.
* Provide strategic marketing advice to stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for optimal marketing activities.
* Champion our brands and become a subject matter expert, ensuring consistency in branding.
* Manage production workflows to meet deadlines and ensure the success of marketing activities.
* Develop key stakeholder relationships and manage relevant IntoWork brands.
* Coordinate marketing services to achieve campaign objectives and overall business outcomes.
* Stay updated on current marketing trends and identify opportunities for collaboration across businesses.
* Project manage events, activities, and campaigns as required, contributing to broader marketing strategies for the Group.

About you

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual with the following background:

* 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience in developing brand and/or campaign strategy.
* Experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
* Generalist marketing experience background preferred.
* Customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
