Asset Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned asset management professional to lead the development and implementation of strategic lifecycle planning, routine maintenance, and reactive maintenance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement class-leading asset specific lifecycle strategies.
* Drive innovation, establish new systems, undertake change management, and influence key stakeholders.
* Lead cross-functional teams in developing long-term asset planning and management strategies.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in delivering asset management and lifecycle analysis services.
* Strong engineering skills with team leadership abilities.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven track record of leading teams undertaking routine maintenance, updating Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and planning lifecycle asset management strategies.
* Strong knowledge of CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, or similar at a management level.
* Solid awareness of asset planning and analysis software and technology-enabled asset management solutions.
