As a key player in shaping our brand and customer experience, you will lead the development and execution of our brand strategy and multi-channel communications. Your expertise will drive this change, ensuring that our brand resonates with diverse customer segments.
This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and managing agency partners to bring our brand to life across various channels. You'll play a hands-on part in launching new propositions, leading creative campaigns, and driving our social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate customer insights into actionable strategies and compelling brand stories
* Develop and lead our annual brand communications calendar across digital, ATL, PR, and social
* Create and deliver integrated campaigns and product launches that resonate with diverse customer segments
* Own and evolve our social media strategy to build engagement and advocacy
* Lead brand marketing support for key initiatives including new product launches, proposition development, and innovation
* Manage internal brand guardianship and ensure consistency across all channels
* Monitor brand performance and competitor activity to inform strategy and optimize results
* Coach and manage direct reports, and lead agency partnerships to ensure creative excellence and delivery
